Dan Wells, NASM-CPT

Dan’s passion for exercise and athletics was born at a young age.  From kindergarten on, he was involved in many sports.  Dan really excelled in soccer, playing for numerous clubs and ran multiple events for his high school track and field team.  Following high school, Dan struggled to find his way and enrolled in automotive school but quickly realized his passion was not in fixing cars.  After several years of job jumping and never truly being fulfilled with his career path, Dan discovered the Personal Fitness Training Program.

“I ALWAYS WANTED TO GET BACK INTO FITNESS AND ATHLETICS, BUT I FELT LIKE IT WAS TOO LATE TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL.”

Dan takes pride in educating clients on the full spectrum of fitness and health and giving them the tools they need to make sustainable gains.  Dan feels there are many opportunists looking to “make a quick buck” within the fitness industry.  Our job is to provide our clients with the tools and education to help them reach their fitness and health goals.

After visiting and meeting the Program Director, Riley Ross, Dan knew this was the place to be.  During school, Dan took a job at a large group fitness facility to help develop his skills as a group instructor.

“I REALLY LOVE THE DYNAMICS OF GROUP TRAINING.  IT GIVES ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE CREATIVE AND IT ALSO ALLOWS ME TO WORK A WIDE VARIETY OF PEOPLE AND HAVE A GREATER POSITIVE INFLUENCE ON A LARGER SCALE.”

“ANY TRAINER CAN GIVE A WORKOUT AND SEND THE CLIENT ON THEIR WAY.  A TRULY GREAT TRAINER EDUCATES.”

Dan enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, camping, fishing, time at the lake in the summer and in a tree stand (bow hunting) in the fall and winter.  He also has a deep love for cooking which he has spent many years improving and perfecting.
